NOTICE is issued pursuant to provisions of section 5 of the first and third schedules of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and under instructions from our client, Sunstar Hotel Limited, of P.O. Box 26680–00100, Nairobi, to the owners of motor vehicle Mitsubishi Gallant Saloon KAR 549U, Chassis No. E74A-0400665 and Engine No. 6A12, lying uncollected at the premises of Sunstar Hotel Limited, along Garden Estate Road, off Thika Road, Nairobi, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle and trailer from the said premises within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of this notice. Failure to which the said motor vehicle shall be disposed by way of public auction or private treaty without any further notice to the owners. Dated the 21st May, 2021.
