PURSUANT to section 6 of the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya notice is given to the owner of motor vehicle KAT 956N, Mitsubishi FTO, which has been lying uncollected at the premises of Ride and Shine Garage, Plot No. L.R. No. 1/489 (Orig 1/156-3), along Lenana Road, Nairobi, notice is given that unless the said motor vehicle is collected within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all outstanding amount and incidental costs incurred to Ride and Shine Garage as at the date when delivery is taken, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold by either public auction or private treaty without any further notice to the owner and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against storage charges and any other incurred cost.
