NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38 Laws of Kenya) to the owners of the following vehicles: KAC 168U, Peugeot, Station Wagon; KAC 204E, BMW Saloon; KAH 089Q, BMW, Saloon; EX42 UN42K, BMW; BMW, Chassis No. WBAAC520x00548624, E30; KBT 592S, Toyota Viz: KCP 250S, Honda Xtrail; KCM 241C, Honda Insight, to clear outstanding repair and storage charges within a period of Fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure of which they shall dispose off the said motor vehicles under the provisions of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act to recover the repair and storage charges.
