NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd October, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 842, in Volume D1, Folio 232/3875, File No. MMXX, by our client, Mathew Agunga Itindi, of P.O. Box 41328– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mathew Agunga Ochieng, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mathew Agunga Ochieng, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mathew Agunga Itindi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mathew Agunga Itindi only.
