NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th February, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1264, in Volume D1, Folio 61/2000, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Carolyne Nyamor, formerly known as Carol Dorothy Awuor Nyamor, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Carol Dorothy Awuor Nyamor, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Carolyne Nyamor, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Carolyne Nyamor only.
