NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 5th February, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1492, in Volume DI, Folio 278/4384, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Abby Ngatha Mungai, of P.O Box 23122– 00900, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Gladys Wanjiru Mungai, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Gladys Wanjiru Mungai, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abby Ngatha Mungai, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Abby Ngatha Mungai only.
