IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Articles 127 (6) (b) and 128 (1) of the Constitution and following a resolution of the Parliamentary Service Commission of 7th April, 2021 and the approval of the National Assembly of 4th May, 2021, it is notified for the information of the general public that the Parliamentary Service Commission has appointed— MICHAEL ROTICH SIALAI as Clerk of the National Assembly on contractual terms, with effect from the 26th May, 2021 up to 31st July, 2022.
