IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred to me under Article 179 (4) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 as read together with section 30 (2) (e) of the County Governments Act, I, Alfred N. Mutua, change the Machakos County portfolio structure for the current Department of Water, Irrigation, Environment and Natural Resources to be as follows: Water, Irrigation, Environment, Climate Change and Natural Resources.
