REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Rachel W. Kariithi and (2) Steriton Enterprises Limited, both of P.O. Box 42392, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0228 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 96/297, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
