NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following an authority and orders under the Misc. CR E116 of 2021 in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court, Ruiru and Misc. Application Case No. 33 of 2021 in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court, Kikuyu, to the owners of milking cows and motor cycles which are unclaimed at Ruiru and Kikuyu Police Stations yards, to collect the said milking cows and motor cycles at the said yards within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure to which Regent Auctioneers Nairobi shall proceed to dispose of the said milking cows and motor cycles by way of public auction on behalf of Ruiru and Kikuyu Police Stations if they remain uncollected/unclaimed Ruiru Police Station 1.
