CAUSE No. E29 or 2021 By (1) Lennah Simaloi Nchao and (2) Andrew Nchao Karugu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Karugu Njau alias Joseph Nchao, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 8th September, 1994. CAUSE No. E30 OF 2021 By (1) Lennah Simaloi Nchao and (2) Andrew Nchao Karugu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Winnie Njeri Karugu, who died at Rongai Orthopedic Hospital in Kenya, on 12th January, 2021. CAusE No. E33 OF 2021 By (I) Lucy Wambui Kashonga and (2) Edward Mbugua Kashonga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kashonga Pulei, who died at the Turbanacle Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd June, 2020. CAUSE No. E34 OF 2021 By (1) Jeniffer Wangoi Lesire and (2) Petro Mutunkei Lesire, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Lesire ole Mutunkei Lamo, who died along lsara-Mashuru Road, on 8th March, 2019. CAUSE No. E36 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Wairimu Lisingu, (2) Joyce Nailantei Lesingo and (3) Samuel Nampaso Lisingu, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Naomi Nyakio Pearce alias Naomi Nyakio Kitamuni, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 19th December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
