TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO, 41 OF 2020 By (1) Mary Njeri Kanja and (2) Samuel Mwathi Kamau, both of P.O. Box 98483-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laheri Muthoni Kaman, who died at Katniti Corner Estate, on 8th July, 2013. CAUSE No. 149 OF 2020 By (1) Joyce Dhahabu Kitsao and (2) Judy Pendo Mweni, both of P.O. Boit 98483-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deeeised's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christine Sineno alias Sineno Karisa Masha, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd January, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
