TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 297 OF 2021 By (1) Abdalla Salim Masanjah, (2) Salim Hamisi Opondo, (3) Aziza Zuberi Mulusa and (4) Naima Zuberi Musula, the deceased's grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mariam Salim Kariuki, who died on 18th September, 1978. CAUSE No. E130 OF 2020 By (1) Eunice Adhiambo Orwa and (2) Evance Ochieng Orwa, c/o of P.O. Box 1621, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japheth Orwa Matoka alias Jafeth Orwa Matoka, who died at St. Monica Hospital in Kenya, on 16th December, 2013. CAUSE No. E162 OF 2021 By Lucas Oriako Ndalo, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oginga Ndalo, who died on 27th March, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
