TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E359 OF 2020 By (1) Davies Onyango Okombo and (2) Narman Odhiambo Okombo, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Christopher Okombo, who died on 16th March, 1997. CAUSE No. E25 OF 2021 By Johannes Otieno Onyango, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeska Taka, who died on 19th June, 1992. CAUSE No. E247 OF 2021 By Emma Akoth Otieno, of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otom Amata, who died on 10th June, 2005. CAUSE NO. E289 OF 2021 By Lewnad Ochieng Gawo, of P.O. Box 171, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gao Ombi alias Thomas Gao Ombe, who died at Ojola Sub- location. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
