TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E 18 OF 2021 By (1) Esther Wanjiku Maina and (2) Patrick Mwaniki Maim, both of P.O. Box 75902, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Maina Muriuki, who died at Matumbei Sub-location, on 30th November, 1997. CAUSE No. E25 OF 2021 By (I) Alice Wanjiru Mureithi and (2) Selah Nthenya Mumo, of P.O. Box 11, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Mumo Mwalili, who died at Kitale County Hospital in Kenya, on 5th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
