TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 369 OF 2019 By (1) Esther Mugure Mburu, (2) Stephen Njoroge Mburu, (3) Samuel Mwangi Mburu and (4) John Ndungu Mburu, all of P.O. Box 68-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mburu Njoroge, who died at Eldoret, on 28th March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
