TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 92 OF 2020 By Milka Kwamboka Opanga, of P.O. Box 2868. Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opanga Moenga, who died on 17th April, 1987. CAUSE No. E55 OF 2021 By Hassan Tamboki Oruko, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakaria Obande Onteri, who died at Boisanga I, on 29th June, 2007. CAUSE No. E56 OF 2021 By (1) Lydia Wona Mwamzinyi and (2) Kevin Ondieki Nyamiaka, both of P.O. Box 95124, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Nyamiaka, who died at Jocham Hospital in Kenya, on 20th August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
