TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAusE No. 121 OF 2017 By (1) Paul Abiero Muthor and (2) Walter Okoth Dowoso, both of P.O. Box 14, Kimilili in Kenya, the deceased's son and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Melekizadeck Mutholi Oyugu alias Melikizadek Muthor Oyugu, who died at Musanda, on 5th August, 1975. CAUSE No. 88 OF 2020 By Raphael Ndar Aming, of P.O. Box 7, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Amin Ndala alias Stephen Aming Ndari, who died on 19th July, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
