TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E8 OF 2021 By (1) Robert Wamalwa Simiyu and (2) Patrick Wafula Nyongesa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Murwa Mukhebi alias Murewa Mukhisi, who died at Chesikaki Location, on 10th March, 1968. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
