TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 184 OF 2021 By Stephen Odero Kinara, of P.O. Box 255-10233, Kadongo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Noah Kinara Kinara alias Kinara Kinara, who died at Kojwach Location, on 24th April, 1982. CAUSE No. 232 OF 2021 By Erick Odhiambo Okwera, of P.O. Box 487, Oyugis in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oliech Odhungo, who died at Kotieno Kochich Sub-location, on 13th July, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
