TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 87 OF 2021 By Evans Rajab Makonjio, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makonjio Wambwa Rajab alias Rajab Aura, who died at Lunza, on 9th March, 1982. CAUSE No. E48 OF 2021 By (1) Mercy Atambitsa and (2) Eunice Musavi Lisalitsa, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Howard Afwayi alias Howard Afwayi Lisalitsa, who died at Shirere, on 22nd December, 2020. CAUSE No. E49 OF 2021 By Joseph Abuti Nasio, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aggrey Nasio Abuti alias Nasio Abuti, who died at Shikunga in 2007. CAUSE No. E52 OF 2021 By Peter Nyanje Malele, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Malele Suchi alias Stephen Malele, who died at Bukhoko in 2020. CAUSE No. 60 OF 2021 By Jafred Omutanyi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justo Muroni Mukulo, who died at Shitari Sub-location, on 3rd February, 2010.
