CAUSE No. 32 OF 2021 By Jesse Sorgor arap Kimnengwai, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chemaget Kipsang Kipsang alias Kipnengwai arap Sang, who died at Gamalenga Sub- location, on 17th October, 1986. CAUSE No. 42 OF 2021 By Francis Imalwa Kelola, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Agalugutwa Galugurwa, who died at Gavudunyi Sub-location, on 16th October, 2007. CAUSE No. 47 OF 2021 By Kezia Ageritsa Shunza, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johana Ishaminya Shunza alias Shiunza Wishiaminya, who died at Losengeli Sub- location, on 12th October, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
