CAUSE No. E35 OF 2021 By Mary Adhiambo Adero, of P.O. Box 80, Sindo in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Adero alias William Adero Maha alias William Adoro Mahaga, who died on 12th March, 2007. Box 11, Magunga in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngoya Obado Mbaya alias Ngoya Obado, who died on 15th September, 2001. CAUSE No. E39 OF 2021 By (1) Maurice Tabu Omoro and (2) Margaret Atieno Omoro, both of P.O. Box 180, Mbita in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isack Omoro Kadieda alias Isaak Omoro, who died on 30th December, 2007. CAUSE No. E40 OF 2021 By Margaret Aoko Airo, of P.O. Box 14, Mbita in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barrack Airo Randa alias Barack Airo Randa, who died on 3rd October, 2009.
