IN PURSUANCE of the Land Act, 2012, Part VIII and further to Gazette Notice Nos. 8986 of August, 2018, the National Land Commission on behalf of the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation gives notice of Inquiry for hearing of claims to compensation for interested parties in the land required for the Mwache Multipurpose Dam and shall be held on the dates and place as shown: SCHEDULE Parcel Number Registered owner Area Acquired (Ha) Kasemeni Chief’s Office on Wednesday, 26th May, 2021 from 10.00 a.m. Kwale/Mazeras/577 Sita Shanga Sita 1.60 Kwale/Mazeras/1159 Chikoko Kwale 0.62 Kwale/Mazeras/735 Mbetsa Nyawa Malau 0.58 Kwale/Mazeras/635 Choga Kombo Jumaa 0.49 Every person interested in the affected land is required to deliver to the National Land Commission on or before the day of inquiry, a written claim to compensation, copy of identity card (ID), personal Identification No. (PIN), land ownership documents and bank account details.
