REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Murithi Nkanata, of P.O. Box 49, Nkubu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.650 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Laikipia, known as Ngobit/ Supuko Block 5/704 (South Imenti), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the said parcel of land is lost/misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the land register (green card) as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
