COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above part development plan is complete. The part development plan relates to land situated within Kilifi County. Copies of the part development plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the County Physical Planning Office, Kilifi. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the County Physical Planning Office, Kilifi between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., from Monday to Friday. Any interested persons who wish to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above named part development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member, Lands, Energy, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Develoment, P.O Box 519, Kilifi, not later than sixty (60) days from the date of this publication and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
