ACT

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) to the owners of the following motor vehicles: KBK 868V, BMW X5; KBH 725X, Toyota Probox; KAQ 808U, Mercedes Benz and KPH 524, Ford Cortina, all lying uncollected at the premises of Four Runners Auto Tech Limited, on L.R. No. 209/3517, along Butere Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of storage and repair charges and any other related expenses, failure to which the said motor vehicles shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds shall be against any accrued expenses without any further reference to the owners.
