NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th May, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 28, in Volume B-13, Folio 2093/16940, File No. 1637, by our client, Ephantus Mugo Mwai (guardian), of P.O. Box 81775–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Abigail Zuri Mugo (minor), formerly known as Abigail Wandia Mugo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Abigail Wandia Mugo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abigail Zuri Mugo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address her by her assumed name Abigail Zuri Mugo only.
