NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st April, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 3499, in Volume DI, Folio 276/4367, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Joseph Murerwa Ikunyua, of P.O. Box 077, Meru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Joseph Nteere Mutea Ikunyua, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Joseph Nteere Mutea Ikunyua and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joseph Murerwa Ikunyua, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Joseph Murerwa Ikunyua only.
