APPOINTMENT
WHEREAS Articles 88 and 250 of the Constitution of Kenya,
2010, sections 5 and 6 of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries
Commission Act, 2011, and the First Schedule thereto, as amended by
the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (Amendment)
Act, 2020, provide for the membership of the Independent Electoral
and Boundaries Commission and the process of appointment of
Commissioners of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries
Commission;
AND whereas by
2010,
sections 5 and 6 of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries.
