REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Benson Ngatia Wanjau, of P.O. Box 55520– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya and (2) Jane Ngima Ngatia (deceased), are registered as proprietors of a leasehold interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 111/315, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued therof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period in favour of Benson Ngatia Wanjau.
