THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Lankeu ole Nkosaen, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 9.67 hectares or thereabout, known as Kajiado/Kaputiei Central/879, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas in the chief magistrate’s court at Kajiado in succession cause 2654 2654 No. 59 of 2018, has issued a grant in favour of (1) Timothy Lenenje Lankeu and (2) Richard Sayianka Lankeu to be registered as administrators, whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of a new title deed and proceed with the registration in favour of the said administrators, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said David Lankeu ole Nkosaen, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
