CONSTITUTION OF KENYA COUNTY GOVERNMENTS ACT

NOTICE is given to all members of the County Assembly of Machakos and the general public that pursuant to Article 10 (2) (a), 174 and 196 of the Constitution as read with sections 87, 91 (g), 98 (1) and 99 of the County Governments Act, 2012, the County Assembly of Machakos shall hold its sittings of the 23rd June, 2021 at Katuaa Market, Kola Ward, Machakos Sub-county, Machakos County. During the said sittings, the Assembly shall conduct its regular business in plenary sitting as per the County Assembly of Machakos Calendar (Regular Sessions) for the Fifth Session, 2021. The matters to be deliberated during the said sitting shall be as may be determined according to Standing Order No. 151 (5) (d), (e) and (t) of the County Assembly of Machakos Standing Orders. Accordingly, this is to notify all Members of the County Assembly of Machakos and the general public that the first sitting of the day shall commence at 10.00 a.m. and the second sitting at 2.30 p.m. Dated the 8th June, 2021.
