THE NARCOTIC DRUGS AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES (CONTROL) ACT

DESIGNATION

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 67 (1) (a) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Control) Act, 1994, the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Interior Co-ordination of National Government designates the following persons to be analysts, with effect from the 18th June, 2021— George Kakuta Musyoki, Juma Hamisi Mwambwagizo, Moses Ndugu Kimani, Pamela Khamala Okello, Daniel Cheruiyot Boit, George Nzai Kiraga, Ngugi Susan Wanjiru, Otieno Emmy Akhaeli, Kahiu Ruth Wangari, Onyangore Hezron Omoenga, Francis Kimali Nzeu, Lucy Warukera Wachira, Tukei Mnangat Stephen, Daniel Ochieng Odhiambo, Joyce Kagure Kihoro, Douglas Kipchumba Keter, Dammaris Bonareri Nyagwaya, Maxwel Lewa Goe, Humphrey Kweyu Mukoba.
