PURSUANT to section 69 (b) of the Traffic Act of the laws of Kenya, notice is given that the following public roads will be closed to all heavy commercial vehicles weighing 3 tonnes and above to guarantee safe and secure operation of the World Rally Championships (WRC) Safari Rally Kenya, 2021: Road Close-off Point Date Closure Time Opening Time Eldoret–Nakuru Highway Eldoret Thursday, 24th June, Friday, 25th June, 2021 Saturday, 26th June, Sunday, 27th June, 2021 0000 Hrs 1900 Hrs Kericho–Nakuru Highway Kericho Nyahururu–Nakuru Highway Nyahururu Mombasa–Nairobi– Mai Mahiu– Naivasha Highway Mlolongo Narok–Mai Mahiu Suswa After 0600 Hrs, all heavy commercial vehicles weighing 3 tonnes and above are required to park at the nearest designated parking and await the above road opening time.
