REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jefferson Sitati Muyelele, of P.O. Box 85–30209, Kiminini in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Trans Nzoia, registered under title No. Kiminini/Matunda Block 21/Kiminini/489, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
