NOTICE is given that Ponangipalli Venkata Ramana Rao (PVR), of P.O. Box 51–00623, Nairobi, Kenya, has been appointed as an Administrator (“Administrator”) of Pine Care Limited (Under Administration) (“the Company”) effective the 16th June, 2021. Following the appointment, all the affairs and business of the company are being conducted by the Administrator. The powers of the Administrator extend to all assets and undertakings of the company. The powers of the directors in terms of dealing with the company’s assets ceased. Any party having a claim against the company to submit their claim in writing with relevant supporting documentation to the Administrator on or before the 16th July, 2021 for consideration. The Administration acts as an agent of the company without personal liability.
