NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd January, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 889, in Volume DI, Folio 210/3578, File No. MMXX, by our client, Pamela Amojong Omukaga, of P.O. Box 42481–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Pamelah Mujong Omukaga Nyongesa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Pamelah Mujong Omukaga Nyongesa and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Pamela Amojong Omukaga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Pamela Amojong Omukaga only.
