DUALLING OF MOMBASA – MARIAKANI (A109) ROAD PROJECT INQUIRY IN PURSUANCE of section 112 of the Land Act, 2012 and further to Gazette Notice Nos. 1642 and 9343 of 2015, 1388 and 1389 of 2017, 176 and 5266 of 2018 and 4397 of 2021, the National Land Commission on behalf of Kenya National Highways Authority gives notice that inquiry for hearing of claims to compensation for interested parties in the land required for the Dualling of Mombasa – Mariakani (A109) Road Project in Mombasa County and shall be held on the date and place as shown here below: 25th June, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE SCHEDULE Parcel No. Registered Owner Area Acquired (Ha.) Changamwe Chief's Office on Thursday, 13th July, from 9.00 a.m. MN/V/2626 Al haajar Investment Limited 0.5133 MN/V/2625 Idd Ibrahim and Yusuf Nevi 0.0688 Every person interested in the affected land is required to deliver to the National Land Commission on or before the day of the inquiry a written claim to compensation, copy of identify card (ID), Personal Identification No. (PIN), land ownership documents and bank account details.
