TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. El9 OF 2021 By Vijay Kant Walia, of Silicon Centre, Wadsworth Road, Greeedford, Middlesex UB67JZ, the executor and trustee named in the deceased's last will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Raj Walia, late of Nairobi, who died along Mpaka Road, Westlands, on 14th May, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
