TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. El6 OF 2021 By (1) John Mbui Nyaga, (2) Charles Maina Wanjohi and (3) Jeremiah Wambugu Njau, all of P.O. Box 29, Kaheho in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjohi Murata alias Wanjohi s/o Murata alias William Wanjohi Murata alias William Wanjohi M., late of Mwihoko Location, who died at Kanan MC., on 23rd February, 2007. CAUSE No. E17 OF 2021 By (1) Ngugi Wa Karoki and (2) Peter Kiboi Ngugi, both of P.O. Box 2003, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shiphilia Nyambura Ngugi, late of Nyahururu, who died at Oljabet, on 16th February, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
