TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E60 OF 2021 By (1) Victoria Elizabeth Brenner. of 3, Harrison Barber Cottages, High Street Colnbrook, Berkshire, S13, ONA, England and (2) Gordon Russell Bock, of 2, Slessor Road, Stafford, ST16, 3QE, England, the executors named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of written will of Andre Frank Brenner, who died in the United Kingdom, on 30th March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
