TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E124 OF 2021 By Morris Adhola Odeny, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of joshwa Gudwa odeny alias Joshua Gudwa Odeny, who died on 12th September, 1999. CAUSE No. E394 OF 2021 By Wilson Ondiek Orwako, of P.O. Box 17, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Orwako Nyawir, who died on 10th April, 1991. CAUSE No. E423 OF 2021 By Salome Otiende Omondi, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Omondi Okudo, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 30th November, 2020. CAUSE No. E429 OF 2021 By Tom Gansa Abok, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Abok Ochiel alias Abok Ochiel, who died on 10th October, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
