TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 398 OF 2021 By (1) Jamesa Ng'ang'a Kuria and (2) Kinyarjui Nganga Kuria, both of P.O. Box 9556-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's grandson and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of KuriaNganga Kuria, who died at Langas Sub- location, on 14th August, 2002. CAUSE No. 419 OF 2021 By Anne Nungari Mwangi, of P.O. Box 16445, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's purchaser, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Muthoni Kamau, who died at Kanyariri, on 5th may, 2009. CAUSE No. 423 OF 2021 By Musembi Muli Musyoki, of P.O. Box 2002-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephine Wavinya Musembi, who died at Mawanga, on 9th February, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
