TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 249 OF 2021 By Joshua Ochieng Orwa, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sulman Manuku Orwa, who died on 3rd March, 2007. CAUSE No. 260 OF 2021 By (1) George Muma Auma and (2) Kennedy Odhiambo Auma, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ouma Muma alias Joseph Auma Muma, who died on 11th October, 2018. CAUSE No. 262 OF 2021 By Kennedy Omondi Okelo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Okelo Oyando alias Okelo Oyando, who died on 15th July, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
