Cheruiyot Melly & Co., advocates of Kapsabet, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitur arap Bett, late of Kamasai, who died there on 12th July, 1984. CAUSE No. E113 OF 2021 By Benjamin A. Kuto Korir, of P.O. Box 7, Serem in Kenya, the deceased's son, through Messrs. Cheruiyot Melly & Co., advocates of Kapsabet, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkorir arap Magonyei alias Kipkorir arap Mogonye, late of Tibingot, who died there on 18th April, 1994.
