TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E7 OF 2020 By (1) Munga Kadogo Tindi and (2) Nigogo Joha Mkuzi, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadogo Tindi Gwangara, who died at Mleji, Kilifi, on 17th September, 2009. CAUSE No. E9 OF 2021 By (1) Pauline Otaigo Rioba and (2) John Rioba Mwita, the deceased's mother and father, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakaria Mwita Rioba, who died at Kenani, Mtito Andei, on 3rd May, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
