TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E77 OF 2021 By (1) Stephen Nduu Mwinzi and (2) Christopher Nduu Mwinzi, both of P.O. Box 388-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Nduu Mwinzi, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 1st December, 2005. CAUSE No. 117 OF 2021 By (1) Stephen Mutinda Kisavi and (2) Beatrice Mbithe Mutinda, both of P.O. Box 83, Kithyoko in Kenya, the deceased's parents, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Titus Kisabi Mutinda, who died at Nairobi, on 24th September, 2020.
