TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 59 OF 2021 By Sellina Anyango Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 161, Butula in Kenya, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaoro Nyakwo Olek, who died at Nyalenya Sub- location, on 1st April, 2020. CAUSE No. 112 OF 2021 By Gabriel Okuto Owidh, of P.O. Box 152, Butula in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owidhi Ayidha alias Owidh Aidha, who died at Karadola East, on 16th August, 1982. CAUSE No. 129 OF 2021 By (1) Margaret Akinyi Ochieng, (2) Chrisphine Ochieng Odhiambo and (3) Michael Otieno Odhiambo, all of P.O. Box 120, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased's sister-in-law and stepsons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Nalo Nalo alias Nato s/o Nalo, who died at Anyiko Sub-location, on 18th August, 2021. CAUSE No. MC 132 OF 2021 By (1) John Omondi Jassor Orege and (2) Sachea Divine Marretti Omondi, both of P.O. Box 135, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased's father and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Ochieng Omondi. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
