TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E25 OF 2021 By Mary Awuor Malaki, of P.O. Box 67, Mbita in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malaki Okoth Okech alias Malak Okoth Okech, who died on 5th May, 1998. CAUSE No. E46 OF 2021 By Tobias Onyango Abila, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abila Olela, who died on 8th November, 2018. CAUSE No. E47 OF 2021 By Joseph Odero Ngodhe, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Ngodhe, who died on 28th April, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
